Conditions

AGE AND EXPERIENCE OF THE DRIVER:

• Groups A, B, C and D: minimum 20 years old and 2 years of experience.
• Groups F, G, H, I and K: minimum 23 years old and 2 years of experience.
• Groups J, N y P: minimum 25 years old and 5 years of experience.

PAYMENT METHODS:

• Rental contract: Credit card, debit card (only by contracting the Silver Insurance or the Gold Insurance), electronic cards or rechargeable cards and cash (only by contracting the Silver Insurance or the Gold Insurance and presenting a valid credit card for the deposit).
• Deposit: Credit card VISA or MASTERCARD, debit card VISA or MASTERCARD (only by contracting the Silver Insurance or the Gold Insurance).
• Diners club are not accepted.
• For vehicles from the superior groups, two credit cards are required.

DEPOSIT:

• Is obligatory and can vary between €750 and €2500, according to the reserved group.
• Contracting the Silver Insurance, between €150 and €500, according to the reserved group.
• Contracting the Gold Insurance, between €150 and €300, according to the reserved group.
• The deposit will be blocked or charged on a credit card and the refund can take up to 30 days.

THE RATE INCLUDES:

• IVA.
• Unlimited kilometers.
• Obligatory car insurance, personal accident insurance, collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and theft protection (TP) with an excess further on detailed:

– Groups A, B, C and D: 750 euros.
– Groups F and K: 850 euros.
– Groups G and H: 1000 euros.
– Groups I: 1500 euros.
– Group J, N and P: 2500 euros.

THE RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE (OPTIONAL AND PAID BY PICK UP AT THE OFFICE):

• Additional insurances:
• Silver Insurance (covers damage to the bodywork, paint (the roof excluded), tires, windows and mirrors).
– Groups A, B, C and D: €15/day, minimum €30 and maximum €225.
– Groups: F, G, H, I and K: €18/day, minimum €36 and maximum €270.
– Groups: J, N and P: €35/day, minimum €70, there is no maximum.
• Gold Insurance (covers damage to the bodywork, paint, tires, windows and mirrors, underside of the car, locks, fees of fines, fees of accident/theft and road assistance).
– Groups A, B, C and D: €20/day, minimum €40 and maximum €300.
– Groups: F, G, H, I and K: €24/day, minimum €48 and maximum €360.
– Groups: J, N and P: €45/day, minimum €90, there is no maximum.

• Damage to the interior of the vehicle is not covered by any insurance, neither a mistake of fuel type, loss or breakage of: key, documentation, keychain or stickers, clutch, gear nor external damage done by vandalism
or when the client is intoxicated by alcohol, drugs or intentional damage, the days of stoppage of the vehicle by accident are also not covered by any insurance.
• Fee for service outside of the opening times : €30,25 (in the airport office in summer time from 22:00 until 07:59, in winter time from Monday to Friday from 19:00 until 08:59, Saturdays from 13:00 on and the full day on Sunday, in the San Antonio office in summer time from Monday to Friday from 14:00 until 15:59 and from 20:00 until 08:59, Saturdays from 17:00, the full day on Sundays, in winter time from 14:00 until 15:59 and from 19:00 until 08:59, Saturdays from 14:00 on and the full day on Sundays).
• Fee for service on holidays: €30,25 (only during winter season).
• One way fee (pick up the vehicle in an office and return it in another): €25.
• Delivery or pick up at hotels, ports and villas: between €35 and €120 (depending on the area and the time).
• Fine for not returning the vehicle at the agreed place: €90
• Return at the airport parking (to contract when picking up the vehicle): €30 + the amount of the parking ticket.
• Return at the airport parking without prior contracting this service: €90
• Supplement Young Driver: aged 20 to 21 years €10/day with a maximum of €120, aged 21 to 25 years €8/day with a maximum of €96 (It will not be possible to contract additional insurance).
• Extra driver: €4/ day, maximum €84.
• Babyseat/booster : €5/ day, maximum €84
• GPS: €10/day, minimum €20, maximum €150 and a deposit of €150.
• Administration fee fines : €30.
• Administration fee accidents or theft: €50.
• Tow truck: €90, possibility to contract this service for €15 at the beginning of the rental contract (free service when contracting the Gold Insurance).
• Fee for American Express: 3,7% about the amount to be charged.
• Cleaning fee for abnormal dirty return: between €50 and €120 (according to the valuation of the Bravo rent a car staff).

FUEL POLICY:

**WE DO NOT CHARGE FUEL (SAME LEVEL)**
The vehicle is picked up with a certain level of fuel and will be returned with the same fuel level, if the vehicle on return has a lower fuel level than agreed, then the missing fuel will be charged (the price indicated by Bravo rent a car) as well as an additional fine of €20.
The client can request a pick up of the vehicle with a full fuel deposit if paid up front, and with a logistic fee of €25. When fuel is returned, the difference will be paid but the logistic fee is not refundable.

DELIVERY AT HOTELS, PORTS AND VILLAS:

Only on request with a minimum of 48 hours before and with the following supplements:
• In the municipalities of Ibiza and San José (area of playa d’en bossa), €35 from 09:00 until 20:00. Out of hours €60.
• In the municipalities of San Antonio and San José (area of San Antonio bay), €35 from 09:00 until 14:00 and from 17:00 until 20:00. Out of hours €60.
• In the municipalities of Santa Eulalia, San Juan and San José (rest of areas), €60 from 09:00 until 20:00. Out of hours €120.

EXTENDS:

If you want to extend your rental contract, you must pass by a Bravo rent a car office before the end of the contract to sign the new contract. Without carrying this out the insurance is rendered invalid and an overprice of 50% on top of the local current rate will be charged. The timetable to extend is from 10:00 until 20:00 on summer time and from 10:00 until 16:00 on winter time.

ACCIDENTS/BREAKDOWNS:

In order to receive a replacement car in case of accident, it will be necessary to pay a deposit worth the value of the excess (the deposit is not necessary if you have chosen the Gold Insurance).
When the client is the causer of the accident, there will be neither replacement car nor any right of refund of any kind.

In case of accident, the vehicle’s stoppage days will be charged on the customer credit card until will be available again for rent, up to a maximum of 30 days and for the daily local rate.

• Summer opening times: From 01/04 until 31/10, from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 until 21:59. From 22:00 until 07:59 there is service possible with the corresponding fee per service.

• Winter opening times: From 01/11 until 31/03, from Monday to Friday from 09:00 until 18:59, Saturdays from 09:00 until 12:59. For every service outside of these opening times and on holidays there is a fee to be paid.

• The shops are closed on 01/01, 06/01 and 25/12.

• On 24/12 and 31/12 the service is limited from 09:00 until 12:59.
